Whatever you are shopping for, you are likely to find it at Shop Smart where you can browse and compare prices as well as earn Cashback on every item purchased. Your Cashback is separate from and in addition to other discounts on offer.

It's so simple. Start shopping at Shop Smart and Select a store or product. You will then be directly linked to your chosen stores's normal website. Browse, shop and purchase exactly as usual on the stores website.

The store will advise us of your purchase and the amount of Cashback earned will appear in your account. You can view your account and be paid your cashback simply by going on the My Rewards section of the website and clicking the Get Paid button.

It's that simple, Shop Smart pays you to shop online!

Simply register using the access code provided by your administrator of if you are already a member sign-in and start shopping.

On the Shop Smart site select the store, product or offer that you are interested in and click 'Go To Store'. The retailers normal website will open in a new window. Browse, shop and purchase exactly as usual on the stores website. There is no special code needed at the check out unless you are taking advantage of a We Shop Smart coupon code offer. We will update your rewards account with all eligible transactions, usually within 2 - 3 days from the date of your purchases.

If you have recently made an eligible purchase or transaction and can't see your rewards in your account don't worry. Rewards usually take around 2 - 3 working days from date of purchase to be reported in your account as 'Pending'. Some stores however can take up to 30 days to report 'pending' transactions to your account.

Rewards will change from 'Pending' to 'Confirmed' and automatically become Available Cashback' when the return period of the goods has passed and/or the transaction is verified by the stores. The length of time from 'Pending to Confirmed and Available' varies from store to store and can be anywhere from 7 days to 90 days. Some rewards however may take longer to be confirmed. Travel rewards for example may not become 'Available' until after you have completed your travel.

Available' rewards are just that, confirmed and available. If your account has an available balance over $10.01 you can get paid at any time by going to Get Paid from the My Account section of the website.

Ensure you are logged into We Shop Smart and your cookies are turned on. Log-in and shop at any of the participating We Shop Smart stores by clicking on the 'Go To Store' or 'Start Shopping' button.

Another hint …interrupting your shopping session by closing the window, performing searches on other sites, clicking pop-ups, turning off cookies, visiting your social networking home page, and other sidetracks are examples of things to avoid that may mean that the recording process is disrupted and you may not receive your Cashback.

And importantly using coupons from any other source, other than those coupons listed on this site, may mean that your rewards will not be awarded.

Yes, as long as just prior to making your purchase, you return to and log in to We Shop Smart then go directly to a store via the We Shop Smart Go To Store buttons.

It is important to remember that wherever you decide to purchase your item, you will only earn Cashback if you have accessed the store directly from the links on the We Shop Smart website first.

No. Once you have completed your purchase on the stores website, the store will notify We Shop Smart of your purchase and we will then update your account. Rewards usually take up to 2 - 3 days to appear on your We Shop Smart Rewards Account. Some stores however, may take up to 30 days to report your transactions.

It’s very easy. Sign in, click on My Account or My Rewards and then click Get Paid. Simply enter or confirm the bank account details where you would like to receive your rewards payment. All confirmed and available rewards balances that total over $10.01 are available for payment.

You can receive payments electronically by direct bank transfer to any Australian bank account. Payments may take up to to a maximum 5 business days to be processed.

It’s standard safe practice with most websites on the internet, We Shop Smart keeps a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer .These small chunks of information (known as cookies) contain tracking information so that when you are logged in to We Shop Smart and you visit a store from the links on the We Shop Smart web site, any purchases made will result in the store reading this information.The store will then send us information about your purchase, at which point we can then credit your rewards account.

This is extremely safe and does not result in any security issues for you or your computer. The cookie itself does not contain any personal information however it does allow us to relate any purchases you make from the links on the We Shop Smart website back to your We Shop Smart Rewards account.

Cookies can be turned on and off by you at any time in your web browser menu. However in order for us to be able to record your purchases and rewards, your browser must have ‘cookies’ enabled.

Go to the privacy and/or security settings in your browser and make sure your cookies are enabled.

My Rewards is the place to review all your transactions and request payment of your rewards as well as the place to update and change your personal information and communications preferences etc. First log in and then click the link to My Account to get to My Rewards. Here you will find your current We Shop Smart transactions and Cashback balance along with a full transaction history.

As advised, most stores will only pay Cashback on the purchase price excluding GST and shipping, delivery and any other such costs. This mostly explains why you can have a lower purchase amount reported and consequently receive a lower Cashback amount.

If your Cashback is still less than you believe is correct please submit a Cashback Enquiry.

If you have followed all the Cashback guidelines such as linking directly to the store from the We Shop Smart Go To Store buttons and only using coupon codes that are listed on the We Shop Smart website and your transaction and rewards don’t appear in your account within 30 days of your purchase date, please submit an enquiry with your order confirmation or invoice and we will review our data and contact the store to determine what may have occurred. Some stores however will not accept enquiries on transactions, that have not been automatically tracked or have been declined and in this case we will be unable to investigate further and will be unable to claim Cashback for you on transactions from these stores. Stores with a 'no enquiry policy' are displayed on the 'special terms' section on the store's page on the We Shop Smart website.

Some retailers are not able to report the purchase price. Providing your Cashback has been reported correctly then the lack of purchase price details will not affect your Cashback balance.

Please use the Contact Us form on the website. We will respond to your enquiry within 2 business days.

Log in with your current password. Go to My Rewards then My Settings and here you can edit and update all your personal details.

Go to Sign In and there you will see a link to Forgot Password. Enter the email address registered to your account and you will be emailed a link to reset your password. NOTE: The address you type in must match the current email address registered in your profile

If this is the case it usually means that the retailer has declined your Cashback for some reason. We are not usually informed of the reason why a retailer might decline a transaction – but common reasons are as follows:

  • The purchase (or part of the order) has been returned or cancelled.
  • Although the retailer has tracked your transaction they have decided that it didn’t qualify under their terms.
  • A coupon code was used that was not listed on the Concierge Desk Rewards website in which case rewards ! may not be payable.
  • If this has happened, and you cannot think of the reason why your Cashback has been declined, then the best thing to do is to submit a Cashback Enquiry. Some stores however will not accept enquiries on transactions, that have not been automatically tracked or have been declined and in this case we will be unable to investigate further and will be unable to claim Cashback for you on transactions from these stores. If it is over 60 days since your purchase, then we are unable to investigate your claim.

This is because, in our terms with stores we have agreed to only follow up on claims for purchases within the previous 60 days.

If, however, you wish to claim because your transaction has recently been disallowed or declined by the store (i.e. your Cashback has been declined or crossed out and replaced with zero) – but your purchase is now over 60 days old, then under our terms we are able to accept your claim and look into this on your behalf. If this is the case please submit a claim despite the purchase having occurred more than 60 days ago. Some stores however will not accept enquiries on transactions that have been declined and in this case we will be unable to investigate further and will be unable to claim Cashback for you on transactions from these stores. Stores with a 'no enquiry policy' are displayed on the 'special terms' section on the store's page on the We Shop Smart website.

Currency rates are updated daily from published bank exchange rates and include foreign exchange fees. These rates are used to convert your international currency rewards to Australian dollar rewards when they are first displayed in the your account. Providing the foreign amount is not subsequently adjusted by the store the initial conversion amount will be final as per the date of the transaction. If however the store subsequently adjusts the transaction amount the current exchange rate on the date of the adjustment will be used to redetermine the Australian dollar conversion amount.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the We Shop Smart newsletter and marketing emails, then simply sign-in and go to My Account then go to My Settings then go to Communications Preferences and follow the instructions.

Alternatively, you may unsubscribe, directly from a marketing email you have received, by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each and every email we have sent to you.

You will continue to receive administrative emails regarding your transactions and other important administrative matters. If you wish to stop receiving these administrative emails then you will need to close your account.

If you simply wish to unsubscribe from the We Shop Smart marketing emails, see the prior question, for simple instructions on how to unsubscribe.

If however, you wish to close your We Shop Smart account entirely and cancel your subscription, then Sign-In and go to My Account then Account Settings then Close Account and follow the instructions.

If your membership is cancelled, you will forfeit any outstanding payments and rewards.

Our service allows members to earn cashback on tracked purchases from retailers. To qualify for cashback, the retailer must confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and successful and your resulting referral fee must be received by us from the retailer (becoming "cashback" as a result). We're afraid that cashback and cashback payment periods cannot be guaranteed due to the number of parties and technical issues involved in the process but we will always do our best to obtain your payment for you as quickly as possible.

If your purchase is declined for cashback we can investigate this further - you can simply email us your enquiry at: weshopsmart@conciergedesk.com.au and we’ll get back to the Retailer and find out why it was declined.

Please supply all your purchase information. (your name, purchase number, date, item/s etc..)

First, please check that you haven't included GST and delivery charges, as most retailers don't pay cashback on these. Also, some purchases do track at the wrong rate initially before updating automatically a little later on. If you are sure that your purchase has tracked at the wrong amount please email us weshopsmart@conciergedesk.com.au your detailed of the purchase and we’ll ask the retailer to investigate.

There are two main reasons why one of your transactions may not have been recorded:

There is a delay - sometimes it just takes a few days for a purchase to appear as a transaction that's shown as 'Recorded' in your account. So please don't worry if it doesn't appear straight away.

There was a tracking problem – we rely on the use of cookies to track your purchases. The most common reason cookies don't track properly are: (a) we weren't the last place you visited before buying, (b) an old cookie was still hiding on your machine and hadn't been cleared, or (c) you're computer is not set up to accept cookies.
